Nicholas Jones, son of Troy and Rhonda Jones, will be a freshman at Indiana State University where he plans to pursue a degree in theatre.

Annette Miller, a 2005 graduate and daughter of Carroll and Norma Miller, attends Purdue University.
Sarah McTigue, daughter of Neal and Elizabeth McTigue, plans to attend Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne to pursue a degree in respiratory therapy.
Morgan Minnicus, daughter of Jerry and Peg Minnicus, plans to attend Purdue University to pursue a degree in pre-veterinary medicine.

Kayleigh Morgan, daughter of Cheryl Morgan, plans to attend Purdue University to pursue a degree in occupational therapy.
Elizabeth Britt, daughter of Gregory and Michelle Britt, plans to attend St. Joseph's College to pursue a degree in pre-med studies.

The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program is designed to raise the level of educational attainment in Indiana and to leverage further the ability of Indiana's community foundations to enhance the quality of life of the state's residents.
There were 29 qualified and eligible Carroll County students who applied for the scholarship. A committee of volunteers evaluated the applications and selected four finalists who were interviewed by the Carroll County Community Foundation scholarship committee. These finalists, now the Carroll County Community Foundation Scholars, are:
Kristen Arnett, daughter of David and Tamie Arnett and graduate of Carroll Jr. /Sr. High School, plans to study business marketing at the University of Indianapolis.
Kyle Bender, son of Kevin and Denise Bender and a graduate of Delphi H.S., plans to study economics and history at Wabash College.
Michelle Burke, daughter of Tim and Julie Burke and graduate of Twin Lakes High School, plans to study accounting at the University of Indianapolis.
Shane Evans, son of Shawn and Shannon Evans and graduate of Delphi High School, plans to study biology and chemistry at Wabash College.
Kylee German, daughter of Randy and Nina German and a 2008 graduate from Delphi Community High School will attend Indiana Wesleyan University to pursue a degree in civil education.
Angela Jackson, daughter of Marilyn Jackson and a 2008 graduate of Carroll Jr./Sr. High School, will be studying physics at Taylor University.
